About Monster Sawmills
No trading company in the middle, no outsourced assembly. Design, welding, machining, assembly and test-cutting all happen in our own plant — which is why we can put a 24-month frame warranty behind every machine.
Our story
Monster Sawmills started in 2009 in a two-bay workshop, building mills for local farmers who could not justify the price of imported equipment. The first machines were overbuilt because we did not know any better — and that turned out to be the whole business model.
Today we ship to more than 40 countries, but the specification sheet still reads the same way: heavier frame, better guides, simpler maintenance. A mill that is down costs more than the money saved buying light.
Every machine leaves our plant assembled, blade-tracked and test-cut on real logs. If it will not cut straight here, it does not get crated.

Quality control
Every bed is laser-checked before finishing. Straightness is measured, not eyeballed.
Guides set and run-tested under load, so the first board you cut is the right thickness.
All hydraulic circuits pressure-held and inspected for seepage before crating.
Production run on hardwood, then boards measured for thickness consistency.
Working with us
You deal with the people who build the machine. Firm itemised quote, crating and freight to your nearest port, video-call commissioning and a blade supply plan.
